About

Sarah Sacala is a Board-Certified Music Therapist in the Early Learning Center/ Lower School Program and the Deafblind Program at Perkins School for the Blind. Sarah has a Bachelor’s degree in Music and Psychology from Western Connecticut State University and a Master’s degree in Music Therapy and Mental Health Counseling from Lesley University. Sarah began her Perkins journey as a music therapy intern in the Lower School program, and prior to that, gained experiences working with children with autism as well as in a psychiatric setting with both adults and children. Along with her work at Perkins, Sarah provides private music lessons.
