Michael Bertolami is a Board-Certified Music Therapist who worked for many years as a performing musician playing electric bass as a part of several working original and cover bands. For the last 20 years he has worked as a music therapist in the Lower School program at Perkins with multi-impaired/visually impaired children. He maintains a private music therapy practice, providing home based and site based group and individual music therapy services to children and adults with a wide range of multiple impairments and disabilities. He serves as a practicum and internship supervisor for undergraduate and graduate music therapy students from Anna Maria College, Berklee College of Music, and Lesley University.
