Masha Devoe is an accomplished strategic operations professional with more than a decade of experience in advancing global human rights priorities through building partnerships and catalyzing targeted advocacy and communications efforts. Her work centers on a dedication to the primacy of human rights principles above all else.
Masha joined Perkins School for the Blind as International Lead, External Relations, after positions with Women Deliver, Rabin Martin, Harlem United, the Thai AIDS Treatment Action Group, and the Open Society Institute. Most recently (2020-2023), she led External Relations at Women Deliver, where she oversaw all multi-sector partnership and resource mobilization efforts. Prior to this (2017-2020), Masha managed the Executive Office at Women Deliver and leveraged the role of the President and CEO to advance strategic organizational goals and priorities.
Masha speaks French, Russian, and Spanish. She holds an MPH in Population and Family Health and Forced Migration from Columbia University and a BA in French from the University of Vermont.
A self-proclaimed dog enthusiast, Masha is based in Brooklyn, New York, where she lives with her husband and two children.
