Kate LeBlanc is a Teacher of Students with Visual Impairments (TVI) at Perkins School for the Blind who specializes in both on-campus and external educational and vision-related evaluations. Kate has a bachelor’s degree in Elementary and Special Education from Salve Regina University, a master’s degree in Museum Education from Tufts University, a master’s in Teacher of Students with Visual Impairments from the University of Massachusetts Boston, and is pursuing an education specialist degree in Reading from Gordon College. Her professional interests include evaluation practices for all learners, accessible academics and structured literacy approaches.
