Jordynn Nowak

Jordynn Nowak is an Assistant Education Director at Perkins School for the Blind. After pursuing her initial teaching license in general education, Jordynn returned to school for a master’s degree in Special Education. She was a classroom teacher in the Secondary School at Perkins for four years, and in that role, she discovered her passion for the development of data-driven, student-centered Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). Last year, Jordynn took on an Assistant Education Director role at Perkins that works across all three on-campus programs to improve and implement best practices related to IEPs and curriculum.
