About
Dechen is a teacher of children with disabilities at Changangkha Middle Secondary School, which is an inclusive school in Thimphu, Bhutan. She has her degree in general education from Paro College of Education (2012). She has participated in many Perkins International workshops to equip her to teach students with multiple disabilities. She hopes to increase her knowledge and skills in educating students with multiple disabilities so her school will e able to increase their capacity to serve this group of children and their families.
