Ann Phelan is Manager of Resources and Engagement of the Perkins Transition Center. She earned an MA and a CAGS in Rehabilitation Counseling from Assumption College and has a background in social work and school counseling. She holds a Transition Specialist Certificate (MA) and works with students and families preparing for “Turning 22.” Ann is a sexual educator specializing in supporting individuals with disabilities and has extensive experience in abuse and exploitation prevention. Her professional and family networks span across the United States. Through her work with families and advocates with disabilities she promotes self-determination, leading to successful transition outcomes.
