Amanda Baldwin Estep

Amanda L. Baldwin-Estep is a dedicated educator and leader who brings nearly two decades of experience to her role as Project Manager for the National Strategy and College Success team at Perkins. Amanda has a diverse career background in counseling, disability services, student affairs, and academic affairs. For this role, Amanda brings a wealth of professional experience in program development and project management while leaning into her personal goals of advancing and expanding educational access and opportunities for everyone.

Amanda is a proud, lifelong resident of Southwest Virginia. She holds a Doctor of Education in Leadership from Virginia Commonwealth University, a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Liberty University, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Virginia Tech.
