About

Alvaro has been working for Perkins International Programs for 7 years as a Research Director and as a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning officer. He has more than 20 years of experience working in social projects for governmental agencies and NGOs. He holds a PhD in Public Administration and Public Policy from the National University of Cordoba and a BS in Administration from the Federico Santa Maria Technical University of Chile. He is also a researcher and author of several articles on disability and public policy and disability, and applications of the capability approach to disability.
