About

Alina Lacombe is a Behavior Analyst in the Early Center and Lower School at Perkins School for the Blind. Throughout her life, she has worked in various capacities with children with disabilities, including volunteering with Special Olympics, serving as a residential teaching assistant in the Perkins Deafblind Program, and providing in-home services before becoming a certified behavior consultant. As both a parent of a neurodivergent preschooler and a behavior analyst at the Perkins Lower School, Alina is committed to understanding and implementing practices from multiple fields to support regulation and self-advocacy. She emphasizes neurodiversity-affirming, individual-centered approaches in her work.
