Every student works with a transition team, which includes coaching and monitoring for progress, to help prepare for success after Perkins: at college, pursuing a vocation or in a residential community setting.

Hear from a Perkins International Parent:

"Our son lost his sight when he was 3, has had tutors and also attended private school in Ecuador. After trying a summer program at Perkins School for the Blind, it was clear that Perkins would be the best option for the well-rounded care and education needed to achieve total independence. We are grateful for the staff’s dedication and professionalism.” – Monica Moretta,  Ecuador
