This micro-credential is awarded to individuals who have successfully completed the  Person-Centered Planning self-paced tutorial.

Competency

In order to earn this micro-credential, participants will:

1. Discuss the history of attitudes toward people with disabilities.

2. Discuss the rationale for Person-Centered Planning.

3. Acquire and apply basic skills in facilitation.

4. Demonstrate qualities of a good facilitator.

5. Acquire beginning graphic facilitation skills.

6. Demonstrate active listening, creating quality questions, and addressing challenging situations.

7. Evaluate own skills.
