Welcome to episode number nineteen of the It’s My Job podcast. In this episode of It’s My Job, Cheyenne, a student from Colorado, interviews Ms. Sajja Koirala, a PhD Communication student at Hawaii University. Her research interest includes media accessibility and audio description. Sajja has been working as a research assistant on the UniDescription Project since 2017 and has played an instrumental role in audio-describing the brochures of more than 100 US national parks.
The It’s My Job podcast features student interviewers talking with adults who are blind or visually impaired, investigating important questions like how they use technology and how they connect with other people.
