Hey Santa! Alexa fun
Want to know what Santa is up to? Interact with Santa using Alexa's Hey Santa application!
“Here comes Santa Claus, Here comes Santa Claus. . .” Just like the classic song says, children all over the world are eagerly waiting for Santa. Now, you can talk to Santa, ask what he is doing, where he is, and more with this free Alexa
Enable Hey Santa
To enable the free Santa personality for Alexa, go to your device and say, “Alexa, enable Hey Santa”.
Note: If you have an echo device set to Kids mode in the US or UK, go to the settings section of that device in the Alexa app, scroll down to “Wake Santa” and toggle on “Hey Santa”.
Hey Santa activities
- Alexa, Call Santa: Santa might answer and talk or you might get an elf saying that Santa is busy!
- Alexa, Open Santa: Santa might share jokes, songs, share news from the North Pole, etc.
- Alexa, Where is Santa?: Various answers about Santa’s current location. Wonder where Santa will be on Christmas Eve?
Note: After asking “Where is Santa?”, at the end of the response, you earn items to decorate your Christmas tree. Open the Alexa app to see your tree. Ask “Where is Santa?” each day to earn more Christmas Tree items!
After earning a Christmas Tree item, Santa will ask if you want to hear a Christmas joke. Kids (big and little) love Santa’s jokes. Continue to say ‘yes’ to hear more jokes or ‘no’ to move on to Santa Facts, then play Christmas music, etc. You decide what you want Santa to do next!
