A Gold Bar Graph with a Gold Arrow Going up

Graphing with Microsoft Excel and JAWS

Making diagrams, like pie charts or bar graphs, are easy in Excel. You just need to know the key commands.

Graphing with Microsoft Excel and JAWS video. To move around the graph, you have two options. You could either click on the graph with your mouse. You could also do ctrl + G, alt + s, and alt +b. Those keys will get you inside the diagram. However, now it gets tricky. Jaws will not talk. You have to see or memorize how many arrow keys it takes to get to the title, x-axis, y-axis, etc. When you get where you want to go, start typing. It will not show up until you hit escape.
