Digital math virtual discussions

Are your students accessing and completing math in a digital format? Share your experiences and learn more about digital math tools! Join the discussions!

Perkins School for the Blind will host virtual discussions in September to gather information from those in the field about the use of classroom and access technology in digital math learning. We want to understand how teachers of students with visual impairments and math teachers communicate and collaborate to support students’ use of technology in the math classroom. We will briefly present findings from a qualitative research study conducted by Drs. Tina Herzberg, Adelaide Kelly Massoud, L. Penny Rosenblum and Michael Tuttle. This virtual discussion is a unique opportunity for you and others to share your experiences and perspective in navigating the evolving digital math landscape for students with visual impairments. We value your expertise and invite you to join us. There are two virtual options to choose from: September 17 at 4:00 PM EST September 18 at 7:00 PM EST This event is free to attend, but registration is required. Members of the research team will facilitate the discussion. Here is the registration link.
