NEC’s Transition for Success

Let’s Work Together to Ensure Every Deafblind Student is Prepared for a Bright Future!

NEC’s Transition for Success program aims to support the families and teams working with students who have a combined vision and hearing loss and are between the ages of 14-22 years old. Our goal is to provide consultation and training that builds the capacity of educational team members, including the family, to support Deafblind youth throughout their high school years so that they are fully prepared for post-school opportunities. NEC’s transition support is outlined in our flyer (link below).

If you are interested in the Transition for Success program or know of a team/family who might benefit from NEC’s resources and support  – please contact our office at [email protected].
