How do we help?

Our network of Perkins-trained teachers

In Serbia, Perkins models best practices and brings quality education to children with disabilities. Children with disabilities, especially those with complex needs are at great risk to be put in institutional care. Sanja Aljosa’s mother

“I have strengthened as a mother, and as a person, and adopted the most important thing, and that is to love and care about my son, but also to know how to work with him. Then Marijana came, our speech therapist from Impuls, and with her we learned everything about speech and more, at the speed of light. For me, this help is really everything and I would not know how to proceed without these persons, who mean so much to me and my family.”

Help children with disabilities find their place in the world.

With your support, we train teachers and work with local partners so that children with disabilities in rural areas have access to an accessible and inclusive education.
