Outlook for the Blind was originally a "Quarterly Record of the Progress and Welfare of the Blind", first published by the Massachusetts Association for Promoting the Interests of the Blind and edited by Charles F.F. Campbell. It was later published by American Foundation for the Blind and continued to New Outlook for the Blind (1959-1976) and Journal of Visual Impairment and Blindness (JVIB) (1976-present).

The M. C. Migel Library of the American Printing House for the Blind contributed their copies to be digitized at the Internet Archive.
