Ages 8-13: Virtual Elementary is a chance to socially connect during a time of physical distancing. We invite students with visual impairments, ages 8-13, to engage all of their senses while connecting with peers and learning valuable skills. Our aim is to help improve interpersonal communication skills, self-esteem and teamwork. Participants will engage in a variety of exciting activities and projects, including: Kitchen Chemistry, O&M Scavenger Hunt, Radio, and more! Students will use materials around their house, as well as their imagination and teamwork, to build on skills and make new memories and friendships.
