Speaker: Ann Phelan
For parents of children with disabilities, staying organized throughout the transition process is critical. This period marks a significant shift in responsibility, resources, and support systems, and careful planning is essential to ensure a smooth transition. Learn key action steps needed at various milestones along the way.
10:00 am – 11:15 am
