Building Routines for Success Weekend

Students with visual impairments ages 14 -22 will explore kitchen safety, equipment adaptations, grocery stores and recipes, and to learn how to move more confidently in your home kitchen.

Join us for Building Routines For Success Weekend

Join us for an immersive weekend designed specifically for young adults with visual impairments to master the art of building and maintaining effective routines.

This program will explore various tools and applications tailored to enhance self-efficiency and productivity. Participants will receive hands-on instruction and engage in activities that promote the creation and adherence to personalized routines.

Empower yourself with the skills to manage your time effectively and achieve your goals with confidence.

Targeting Expanded Core Curriculum skills

The program targets several ECC skills with particular focus on the following:

  • Independent Living Skills
  • Recreation & Leisure Skills
  • Social Interaction Skills
  • Self-determination
  • Compensatory Access
