The 2008 Perkins Possibilities Gala on May 1, 2008 was an amazing success! With the generosity of our supporters, we raised a record $1.2 million to advance Perkins' vision by supporting our work on campus, in the community, and around the world.

The Perkins campus welcomed 600 guests who mingled during a cocktail reception and dinner while listening to student performances, learning about technology at Perkins, and admiring artwork by Perkins students.
Singer-songwriter Raul Midon, the night's featured performer, delighted guests with his unique fusion of jazz, blues, R&B, and folk stylings. The Perkins Secondary Chorus added to the evening's entertainment with another incredible performance.
We raised $120,000 during an extremely successful live auction. Our guests generously participated in a Technology Challenge, raising $60,000 in much needed funds to support accessible technology.
