2009 Taste of Perkins
Thanks to you, our event was a tremendous success!
More than 150 guests gathered in the historic Howe Building for an evening of excitement and discovery. They enjoyed blindfolded food and wine tastings, music by our the Perkins Trio, sensory exploration demonstrations. And who could resist being photographed with the 2008 Celtics NBA championship trophy?
The second annual Taste raised over $30,000, more than doubling last year’s gifts! Through an online and silent auction, drawing and event tickets, we were able to raise critical funds for Perkins education programs and services.
