Wondering where to start? We’ll conduct a thorough review of your organization's homepage and provide you with a detailed report that outlines the accessibility issues we find. You’ll have a sense of just how accessible your online presence may or may not be – and a list of priorities to guide your next steps.
We will evaluate a representative sample of your web properties for WCAG 2.0 Level AA conformance and compatibility with assistive technology. Our assessment approach uses a variety of assistive technologies, including screen readers, screen-magnifiers, and keyboard-only navigation. In addition, we’ll perform a manual inspection of HTML source code for a deeper understanding of issues. Our user-friendly online portal allows you to obtain reports based on the criteria you choose. Our website accessibility assessments can help your organization better comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act and other applicable laws.
Core Assessments include:
- Introductory Assessment Package (5 URLs)
- Intermediate Assessment Package (12 URLs)
- Comprehensive Assessment Package (25 URLs)
- Custom Accessibility Assessment Packages are also available

So now that you’re aware of your accessibility challenges, what do you do with that knowledge? We can support your remediation efforts through training and re-assessment.
Our Remediation Package includes:

- Understanding WCAG 2.0
- How to meet WCAG 2.0 (HTML 5, CSS, WAI-ARIA)
- How to create accessible documents (MS Office, PDF)
- Remediation plan guidance
- Re-assessment of remediated pages
Now that your website is accessible, we can help you keep it that way. We can provide guidance on how to develop an enterprise-wide accessibility policy, implement best practice procurement protocols, and train you on how to self-audit your digital assets.
For extra assurance that your domain meets all compliance guidelines and is usable by people with disabilities, Perkins Solutions can conduct quarterly assessments and provide a report with our findings. We’ll even look beyond compliance criteria and let you know if any issues pose a challenge for assistive technology users.
