ADVISOR: Assisting the Development of Visually Impaired Students through Online Resources
For families, teachers, and medical professionals, this website is intended to disseminate information about visual impairment and facilitate communication and teamwork. The teachers' section has advice and online workshop presentations. Site developed by: Ophthalmology Department at Children's Hospital, Boston, Perkins School for the Blind, and other New England agencies.

Orientation & Mobility.org: Resources for O&M Specialists
The creator is an O&M specialist at the VA. This website provides resources on a wealth of O&M topics as well as links to the AER, CAOMS, O&M listserv archives, and ACVREP sites. It offers an interactive message board for sharing information, concerns, and ideas.

Blind Babies Foundation
The "Resources for Parents and Professionals" offers fact sheets with information on six common visual diagnoses, swith specific information on eye specialists, vision assessments, effects of vision and behavior, common misconceptions. The Teaching Strategies section will be of particular interest to educators.
