Alan Addison

Director

Mr. Addison serves as Director of Human Resources. He has more than 20 years experience in human resources and business management.

Mr. Addison holds two advanced degrees from the University of Rhode Island; Masters of Science in Labor Relations and Human Resources, and a Master of Public Administration. As a business administration undergraduate at the University of Rhode Island, his major concentration was in organizational management and labor relations. He is a graduate of the Economic Development Institute at the University of Oklahoma in Norman. He is also a Certified Customer Service Executive under the auspices of the International Customer Service Association, Chicago, IL.

Mr. Addison has served as deputy director of human resources for the City of Providence; business administrator for the University of Rhode Island - College of Human Science and Services; administration and finance director for a public utility. He also served as executive director of a regional economic and business development corporation and worked as a commercial and consumer loan officer for a regional financial institution.

Mr. Addison has authored several white papers and studies on the various functional aspects of human resources policy and employment law as it pertains to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act.
