2007 Spring Flower Show

A Celebration of Horticulture Therapy

On Wednesday, April 11, 2007, Perkins joined an observance of National Horticultural Therapy Week by hosting our fourth annual Spring Flower Show. This event celebrated the students and program participants in our Horticultural Therapy Program.

These individuals entered various competitions and exhibited their best plants and herbal projects. All entries were judged by a dedicated team who awarded 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and honorable mention prizes in each of the categories. Everyone who enters received an award. All of the entries showcase the skills, fun and sense of accomplishment that grows through participation in the Horticulture Program.
