Coldwell Banker presents Perkins with 2013 Community Cares Spirit Award

Perkins believes every child deserves an education and the opportunity that brings. As we continue to make strides toward that goal, Coldwell Banker will present Perkins with the 2013 Community Cares Spirit Award to honor our efforts, thus far. All proceeds from the event will benefit Perkins' programs.

Leslie Nordin, whose son has received services from Perkins and sits on Perkins' Board of Trustees, will accept the award, on behalf of the Perkins School. Leslie ran the Boston Marathon blindfolded in an effort to inspire her son who is visually impaired and raise awareness of the abilities of people who are blind or visually impaired and may have additional disabilities.
