Africa’s premiere conference for blindness activists and leaders is coming to Kampala, Uganda.

The 6th Africa Forum promises to be the largest-ever gathering of the continent’s blindness community. The signature event of the Institutional Development Program, Africa Forum offers unparalleled opportunities to learn, network and weigh in on the future of disability advocacy in Africa.

Scheduled for 4-8 October at Speke Resort Munyonyo, the conference is open to any individual or agency with an interest in blindness in Africa. With an engaging five-day program and participants from diverse backgrounds across the globe, the 6th Africa Forum will serve as a one-of-a-kind marketplace of ideas and products for scholars, consumers, decision-makers and service providers alike.
