BTBL Recommended Reads Lists
These lists provide adult readers with timely short subject bibliographies of recorded, braille, large print and digital books available from the Perkins Braille & Talking Book Library.
Topics are diverse, including fiction and nonfiction, providing an introductory paragraph on the topical theme, followed by a short listing of available titles with book order numbers and brief annotations, so borrowers can order titles of interest for their reading pleasure.

Book and Magazine Catalogs
Annual catalogs of new Perkins BTBL books and magazines are mailed by request to registered patrons. Catalogs are available in a variety of formats, including large print, cassette, braille, email, and computer diskette.
Library users can receive free subscriptions through the Perkins BTBL to two magazines to assist with selecting and ordering reading materials. Talking Book Topics and Braille Book Review are published bimonthly by the Library of Congress and list recent additions to the national braille and talking book collection.
Audio Described Video Catalogs
Audio described video catalogs are available online as well as in large print, cassette, braille, email, and computer diskette.
A James Patterson Bibliography is available online, as well as in large print, on cassette, and in braille. Visit the PerKIDS page for bibliographies for children and young adults.
