Outreach and marketing efforts are a key priority in getting the word out about the services of the Braille & Talking Book Library to potentially eligible borrowers in every city and town throughout Massachusetts. It is estimated that over 150,000 individuals are eligible for services, but are unaware the Library exists. We currently provide services to roughly 15% of the eligible users. Radio is a natural medium to utilize in getting the word out about the Library and its wide range of services.
